How Much Does Home Cleaning Cost?

The cleaning cost will depend on a number of factors including size of your home, # of residents, # of pets, # of bathrooms, how often you want cleaning, etc. We have a standardized formula for calculating each individual cleaning estimate in a uniform way and will provide an estimate before we begin cleaning.

Will All House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same?

We recommend deep cleaning as your first home cleaning service if your home has not had a professional cleaning performed recently. The 1st house cleaning may require more time since to get the home up to standard. We will provide an estimate for the initial cleaning and contact you if we will need more time.  Once the initial house cleaning has been completed, we will confirm your regular house cleaning price.

Do I have to home during the cleaning?

This is up to you. If you are not home, you can leave simply leave the key in a secure location (ex: key box) for us to access the home.

What should I do with my alarm system on cleaning day?

Please make arrangements to give maids access to your home on your scheduled day. 

What should I do with my pets on cleaning day?

Please provide any information regarding pets that would be helpful to know. You know your pets best so please keep them to a designated area if this would be best to clean your home efficiently. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check or credit card. Payment is due at time of service. We will process your credit card payment once cleaning is complete. You can leave cash/ check on the kitchen counter the day of your cleaning if you will not be home. Tips for our maids is always appreciated!

What does the deep home cleaning include?

Deep cleaning is customized depending on your needs and condition of your home and is recommended for homes that have not had a professional cleaning performed recently. Deep cleaning sessions allow for additional cleaning time to clear up built up dirt and grime. While a standard home cleaning focuses on dry dusting, deep cleaning services focuses more on wet dusting, washing and scrubbing build up to bring the home to standard. 

This may include:

  • Hand scrubbing/ washing baseboards

  • Deeper scrubbing of bathrooms

  • Washing interior windows and windowsills

  • Cleaning doors and door trims

  • Cleaning light fixtures (within reach)

  • Dusting tops of cabinets (within reach)

  • Spending more time cleaning nooks and crannies
